Welcome to BuilderView, a product provided by Computer Guardians Pty Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, website, or mobile application (collectively referred to as “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
By registering, accessing, or using BuilderView, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
BuilderView is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offering features such as purchase order creation, geofencing for user check-ins, budgeting tools, and project management tools. The Services may be updated or modified at our discretion.
Account Creation: To use certain features of BuilderView, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.
Free Plan: Access to demo projects and limited features.
Standard Plan: $50/user/month with unlimited projects and priority support.
Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for large-scale businesses with dedicated support.
Billing Cycle: Payments are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
You agree to use BuilderView only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
Using the Services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, and content, remain with Computer Guardians Pty Ltd.
License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without explicit permission.
User Data: By using BuilderView, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Data Security: While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
Third-Party Access: BuilderView integrates with third-party services, and their terms may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Computer Guardians Pty Ltd is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
Loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to BuilderView without prior notice if you:
Breach these Terms.
Engage in unlawful activities.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and any outstanding payments will remain due.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of BuilderView after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Melbourne, Australia.
