Yes. The free plan is genuinely free — no credit card, no trial period, no expiry. You get 1 project and up to 5 users. When your team grows or you need multiple projects, you can upgrade to the Business plan at any time.

The Business plan includes 2 user licences at $100/month. Each additional user licence costs $50/month. If you add users mid-billing cycle, the charge is prorated automatically — you only pay for what you use.

Absolutely. Upgrade from free to Business whenever you need to — the in-app upgrade prompt makes it instant. You can also cancel your Business subscription at any time through the billing portal, and you won't be charged beyond the current billing period.

All core features are available on the free plan — timesheets, work orders, purchase orders, invoicing, defect tracking, client management, and more. The only limits are 1 project and 5 users. There are no feature-locked tiers.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
